What happens after we receive a takedown notice?
Upon receipt of a compliant notice, we will: remove/disable access to the allegedly infringing content, notify the user who posted it, provide them a copy of the notice, and log the report. We act promptly in accordance with DMCA standards.
How to submit a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal (URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake/misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court (or acceptance of service of process).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notices to: abhitimeofficial@gmail.com with subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". Upon receipt, if the original complainant does not file a court action, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days.
Repeat infringer policy
We have adopted and reasonably implement a policy that provides for termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat infringers. AbhiTime may, in its sole discretion, terminate access for users with multiple infringing notices or a pattern of infringing behavior.
Good faith and misrepresentation
Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney's fees). If you knowingly misrepresent a claim, AbhiTime.com may pursue any available legal remedies.
