- Computer Based Test (CBT): A written exam consisting of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and descriptive questions. The CBT will be for a total of 425 marks and have a duration of 180 minutes. The minimum qualifying marks are 170. The syllabus includes English Comprehension, E-Mail Writing, MS Excel, MS Word, General Awareness, and Basic Accounting.
- Interview: Candidates who successfully clear the CBT will be called for a personal interview.
