Ans: The exam is scheduled to be held from August 22 to August 29, 2026.

Ans: The application fee for all candidates is ₹1,000, payable online through the payment gateway.

Ans: As of July 1, 2026, the minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 42 years for General/OC candidates. Age relaxation is available: 47 years for SC/ST/BC/EWS categories and 52 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).

Q5. What is the educational qualification required?
Ans: You must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university. Degrees from distance mode through study centers outside Andhra Pradesh are not valid.

Ans: During the 2-year probation period, you will receive a consolidated salary of ₹75,000 per month. After successful completion of probation, the pay scale is ₹86,245 – ₹2,08,915 per month under RPS-2022.

Ans: The CBT is a 2-hour (120 minutes) test consisting of 100 objective-type questions for a total of 100 marks. The paper has two sections: Core Technical Subject (70 marks) and Analytical Aptitude (30 marks).
