Document Verification (DV) Checklist
- High School (Class 10) Certificate & Marksheet: Mandatory for proof of educational qualification.
- Domicile Certificate: Proof of residence in Uttar Pradesh, issued by a competent authority.
- Aadhar Card: For identity verification. Ensure the name and date of birth match your other documents.
- Caste Certificate: For candidates applying under SC/ST/OBC categories, issued by a Tehsildar or Sub-Divisional Magistrate.
- EWS Certificate: For candidates applying under the Economically Weaker Section quota, in the prescribed UP government format.

Physical Standard Test (PST) Requirements
For Male Candidates :-
- Height (General/OBC/SC): 168 cm
- EHeight (ST): 160 cm
- Chest (General/OBC/SC): 79 cm (minimum) with 5 cm expansion (84 cm after expansion)
- Passport-size Photographs: As per the specifications of the recruitment board.
- Chest (ST): 77 cm (minimum) with 5 cm expansion (82 cm after expansion)
For Female Candidates :-
- Height (General/OBC/SC): 152 cm
- Height (ST): 147 cm
- Weight: 40 kg
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Requirements
- Male Candidates: Run 4.8 km in 28 minutes.
- Female Candidates: Run 2.4 km in 16 minutes.
