- Deputy Manager :
- Post Graduate degree (any discipline) or Chartered Accountant (CA). Specific requirements emphasize relevant expertise in banking/finance.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification work experience in a reputed commercial bank, financial institution, or state-level term lending institution, with skills in project finance, credit appraisal, term lending, analysis of cross-border risks, and financing of overseas joint ventures.

- Training Phase (Year 1): Selected Management Trainees will receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹65,000 for one year.
- Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – 2,000 – 62,480 – 2,340 – 67,160 – 2,680 – 85,920 (as per the IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement)
- Basic pay starts at ₹48,480 and increases with annual increments at different stages.
