- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with 50% marks (relaxed for reserved categories) + 2 years' experience as an advocate.
- Manager (Technical–Civil) :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks + 3 years' relevant experience.
- Manager (Technical–Electrical) :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks + 3 years' relevant experience.
- Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Hindi/English/Sanskrit/Economics/Commerce
- Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security) :
- 5 years of commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force.
