- Steno-Typist (Hindi) :
- 10+2/Graduation with Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or higher.
- Shorthand: Hindi at 64 WPM (words per minute).
- Transcription/Typing: Hindi at 11 WPM.
- Steno-Typist (English) / Executive Assistant (Steno) :
- 10+2/Graduation with Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric or higher.
- For Executive Assistant (Steno): Graduate with 60% or above marks + 1 year experience
- Shorthand: English at 80 WPM (or alternative: Hindi shorthand 64 WPM + typing in Hindi 30 WPM on computer for some).
- Transcription/Typing: English at 15 WPM; for Executive Assistant: English typing 35 WPM on computer (minimum).
- Junior Scale Stenographer (English) / Stenographer Gr.II (English) / Junior Scale Stenographer (English) :
