- OR Participation in Olympics/Paralympics/Asian Games/World Championship + Certificate Course in Coaching.
- OR Dronacharya Awardee.

- Pay Scale: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (starting basic pay is ₹35,400 per month).
- This corresponds to the pre-7th CPC equivalent of Pay Band II (₹9,300–34,800) + Grade Pay ₹4,200.
