- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent)
- For Assistant Professor: NET qualification is mandatory (exempted for Ph.D. holders as per UGC 2018 provisions).

- Experience from accredited institutions counts if emoluments match or exceed regular Assistant Professor pay.
