AVP II Group Head :-
- Graduation (any discipline) from a recognized University/Government body/AICTE.
- Desirable : 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Management; relevant certifications like NISM/IRDA.
- Experience : Min. 10 years in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/Investments sales, including at least 5 years managing large teams at regional level.
AVP II Territory Head :-
- Graduation (any discipline) from a recognized University/Government body/AICTE.
- Desirable : 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Management; relevant certifications like NISM/IRDA.
- Experience : Min. 6 years in relationship management (Wealth), including 2 years as Team Leader.
Deputy Manager Senior Relationship Manager :-
- Graduation (any discipline) from a recognized University/Government body/AICTE.
- Desirable : 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Management; relevant certifications like NISM/IRDA.
- Experience : Min. 3 years as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management (PSBs, Private/Foreign Banks, Broking/AMC firms) with proven HNI/affluent client acquisition.
Deputy Manager Wealth Strategist :-
- Graduation (any discipline) from a recognized University/Government body/AICTE.
- Desirable : 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Management; relevant certifications like NISM/IRDA.
- Experience : Min. 3 years as Relationship Manager/Investment Counsellor; strong knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIF, insurance, etc.
