- Full-time BE/B.Tech with minimum 60% aggregate marks (relaxable to 55% for SC/ST/PwD) in the relevant discipline.
R001: Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering
R003: Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
R005: Electronics & Telecommunication (ETC)/Instrumentation Engineering - Experience : 4-year tenure: 0–2 years relevant post-qualification experience (preference for Manufacturing/Production/Production Control/R&D/Planning/Procurement/Quality/Testing/Furnishing/Maintenance).
1-year tenure: Fresh graduates (0 experience) are eligible.

- For 1-year tenure: Based on average marks across all semesters of the qualifying BE/B.Tech degree.
- For 4-year tenure: Written Test (60 MCQs on technical subjects, 1 hour, 1 mark each, no negative marking; qualifying marks 45% for GEN/OBC/EWS, 40% for SC/ST/PwD) followed by Document Verification.
- Final selection is based on performance in the written test (for 4-year) and meeting all eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated via email; lists will also be uploaded on the BEML website. Venue details for tests/verification will be notified later on the career portal.
