Oracle Off Campus Job Description:
|
- Investigate front-end application issues by capturing data, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end-users, and testing workflows.
- Perform backend tasks like gathering log files, querying databases, updating fields, and managing server cycles.
- Document activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the issue lifecycle.
- Provide proactive and reactive support, including analyzing app metrics and log data using tools like Elastic, Splunk, or New Relic.

- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and updates.
- Familiarity with backend troubleshooting (e.g., capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, cycling servers).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
- Knowledge of UNIX architecture (Solaris, Linux), terminal services (SSH, Telnet), and incident/problem management processes is an advantage.
- Readiness to work in shifts.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, OR
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA/B.Sc/B.A/BCA/B.Com with at least 60% marks and no backlogs.
