- NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized university and a minimum ‘B’ grade in the NCC ‘C’ Certificate exam with at least 2 years of NCC participation. Final-year students can apply but must provide proof of graduation by April 1, 2026.
- Wards of Battle Casualties: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks; NCC ‘C’ Certificate not required.

- Each applicant must register with a unique Email ID and a unique Mobile Number, which will be unchangeable during the examination process.
- Applicants can complete their registration using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN, or Passport.
- Only the details recorded in the Matriculation/High School certificate will be considered valid for OTR purpose.
- The Applicant’s Name, Gender, and Date of Birth entered during the registration process must exactly match with the information in the Matriculation/High School certificate.
