CGI Job Description:

Provide support for production systems and resolve technical issues.
Perform routine maintenance and ensure system stability.
Collaborate with teams to understand and troubleshoot application-related problems.
Monitor application performance and suggest improvements.
Document incidents, resolutions, and updates clearly

Skills:

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Basic understanding of ERP systems and programming fundamentals.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong understanding of core Java, OOPs concepts, data structures, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Hibernate (preferred). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

CGI Off Campus Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related fields.
B.Sc, BCA, or other relevant degrees.
Minimum 60% aggregate in academics (10th, 12th, and graduation).
Graduates from 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches are eligible.
A maximum of 1-year education gap is acceptable.
